I reset my Calistree account by using the “Delete all” option and then created a new account using the same Google account/email address that I originally used to purchase the subscription. According to the Google Play Store, my subscription is still active and has 8 months remaining. Inside the Calistree app, the subscription seems to be partially recognized: when I tap on Premium, it shows that the next payment will be due in 8 months. However, premium features are not unlocked. When I try to restore or manage the subscription, the app shows an error message along the lines of “Can’t change subscription plan.” As a result, the active subscription cannot be fully restored in the app, even though it is still valid in Google Play and linked to the same Google account. Expected behavior would be that the app fully restores the active subscription and unlocks premium features when logging in with the same Google account after a reset.
