While I like the yoga sequences, e.g. "Sun salutation B simplified", they're a bit problematic in a journey. They start with 5 repetitions per set, which is around 4 minutes when using the suggested timing (48s per repetition). Mastery is at 30 repetitions, which sums up to 24 minutes.
Previously I think in the same place of the journey I had "Pyramid stretch", which is time-based and was switched to the yoga sequence after mastery with 60s.
60s compared to 24 minutes is quite a bit of a difference :) I'm not sure what I would suggest here, maybe simply not automatically updating "short" exercises to very long sequences to keep the overall session duration approximately the same.
