Yoga sequences in cooldown stretches considerably increase session duration

While I like the yoga sequences, e.g. "Sun salutation B simplified", they're a bit problematic in a journey. They start with 5 repetitions per set, which is around 4 minutes when using the suggested timing (48s per repetition). Mastery is at 30 repetitions, which sums up to 24 minutes.
Previously I think in the same place of the journey I had "Pyramid stretch", which is time-based and was switched to the yoga sequence after mastery with 60s.
60s compared to 24 minutes is quite a bit of a difference :) I'm not sure what I would suggest here, maybe simply not automatically updating "short" exercises to very long sequences to keep the overall session duration approximately the same.

I think the issue here is actually the fact that it suggests to use "reps" by default for that kind of exercise. In my opinion, it'd be better to do such sequences for time, without having to worry about counting. Doing a Sun salutation for 5 minutes makes more sense, that way you can focus on the feeling of the stretch. For now, you can edit that Exercise parameters and select "time" as measurement unit, instead of repetitions. We'll work on fixing this for the whole library at some point.
