Workout of the day
Louis Deveseleer
Do you ever open the app, but are not sure what to do, and don't want to follow one of your Journeys?
What if there was always a fresh "Workout of the day", which takes your current state into account, to craft the most adapted workout?
It would not only be personalized to you, but also to today-you, by looking at which of your muscles are currently fatigued or underworked, and what kind of training you've been doing recently.

Smart “Pop-Up” Workouts

Sometimes I only have a short window, like 30 minutes, and I’d love the app to suggest a quick, intelligent workout based on my recent activity. Key ideas:
- Flexibility Workouts: Suggest stretches based on what I’ve worked on in the last days, week, month, 3 months, year—so I can target areas that need maintenance.
- Strength Workouts: Focus on muscles that are not fatigued or haven’t been trained recently (last week, for example).
Use Cases:
- During a busy weekday, I might just want to stretch muscles I previously trained without committing to a full flexibility routine.
- On a weekend, I could do a short session targeting muscles I haven’t worked much that week.
Pop-up workouts can adapt to time constraints while keeping progress balanced across all muscle groups.

As someone who would like a workout every day that is tailored to the muscles that are at peak ready ness so I can just have it be a daily habit, I would really enjoy this feature.
I also think perhaps it would be nice to be able to manually change your muscles fatigue level in the app.
I am on day 3 of beginning with the app. My chest is toast from pushups, I can when recovered from pushups, do a set of 10, today I was not able to complete 1. In the fatigue window, I have nothing in the fatigued column, spine, glutes, hams, quads in the recovering column and they feel ok, everything else is in ready, but I feel like it would be nice to be able to put chest into fatigued and generate a workout that excludes or is light on the chest

David Paul Thanks for the feedback!
While we wait for this feature to be implemented, you can always create a new Journey where you add "chest" to the list of Exclusions in the Program generation parameters, to create a personalized workout that excludes chest muscles.

I would love also to see an automatically generated exercise list every day. I just thought it would be this way already.
Could be easy as the muscle fatigue already will be tracked and the exercise list can be created automatically.
