Trophies and rewards

Add more ways to increase the satisfaction of logging workouts and the motivation to keep going. All reward mechanisms should be linked to tangible achievements, so that getting the rewards is a sign of real training progress.
Ideas:
- Have levels associated with the experience points (a bit like Todoist's Karma levels: https://todoist.com/help/articles/introduction-to-karma-OgWkWy). The names should be different from the exercises' difficulty levels. Each level can have an icon, which would be displayed publicly beside the user picture, to get the social recognition of our hard work.
- Trophies for completed/mastered objectives.
- Trophies for logging xxx sessions.
- Trophies for completing/mastering xxx exercises.
- Whenever a new trophy is earned, show a popup with a fun animation and a congratulatory message.
- Streaks have been suggested (Duolingo is a famous example) but I'm not sure these are a good idea. The feeling of losing one's progress when you break a streak is not productive, and in reality taking a break is sometimes the best thing you can do.

I would love that feature as well. I am a big fan of gamification and i think it would motivate a lot of people :-)))

YYEESS I'd love this!
I agree against streaks, It could happen to be travelling, to be elsewere or to need rest, but overall I'm really into Trophies.
I used to loved them on healt app (huawei) but they ened ruinining the experience.
At maximum I see the opportunity to evaluate as streaks when the user trains once (or twice)per week over a month: this allow more flexibility while could still invite to keep an active routine. (i underline the automatic reset after each month to avoid excessive pressure

Who sends a lot of custom exercises to be added oficially could have a trophie for it either.

While I don't think "streaks" are good idea in term of exercising every day, a streak of doing journey as planned without missing day or something along those lines.

Hubert Kowalski It makes sense! A difficulty with that, will be to keep track of when journeys were planned in the past (and not just the future). I'll have to see, when we work on improving the Reminders, if that is convenient to track (https://calistree.canny.io/requests/p/better-reminders)

Agree with most of the post. Gamification is a great motivator, and so are rewards.
Streaks, not such a good idea, especially when people are not varying journeys a lot. Overtraining is a real issue (says the person that tries to train 5 days a week)
