Hey,
Great new feature, the training plans. could you please create more moderate 3day training plans? I want to progress but can not do a 6day plan or it also would burned me out and push me away from training. Could you create goal driven training plans, like working towards a handstand or other skills?

For sure! When creating plans, I like to focus on specific situations, to make it fit really well a specific sets of parameters.
Can you please tell me which particular goals you would personally pursue?
Which plan(s) have you followed so far?
Do you want to focus on strength or have a balance with the other profiles (flexiblity, cardio, balance) ?
Which equipment do you have available?

I am not sure if you have tuned the plans and progression towards scientific research, but the info and related articles form this seem to fit right into the DNA of calistree
