shorten the timer while it is already running?

Is there a way to shorten the timer while it is already running? It happens to me quite often that I don't need the entire recovery time and would then like to shorten the timer. But so far I haven't found a way to do this. It is possible to extend the timer, but it is not possible to shorten it completely or in 10 second steps.

Hi, beside shortening the timer, while it's already running ... Is their away to decrease the default preparation time of the timer from 20 seconds to e.g. 10 secondsin the settings?
At the moment I have to wait always twenty seconds before I start doing the handstand and my real timer for this exercise is running.
Merry christmas!!!
And thanks again for this great app!!!

- Modify preparation time: click on the second icon from the right in the set timer (see screenshot), the one that looks like a countdown.
- Shortening set timer while it's running: you can always stop the timer at any time to count the seconds elapsed so far for your set by clicking on the big "Save" button.
Does that answer all your questions?
Merry Xmas ;-)

Hi Luca Schmidt You are talking about shortening the rest timer, right?
You can always say that you're done resting by clicking on the "X" icon to end the rest timer (see attached screenshot).
Adding another button to reduce the remaining rest, instead of ending it, would be feasible, but I'm not sure that the benefit from adding that extra option would be worth it, since that space is already pretty crowded as it is.

Louis Deveseleer thx for your feedback. I have to clarify that I mean the timer which we can start manually for specific exercises, e.g. the one in my screenshot. There is always a preparation Countdown before this kind of timer. Sometimes that's good and helpful. But sometimes I don't want to wait 20 seconds until the real timer starts.

Luca Schmidt Oh I see thank you for clarifying! We'll look into it.
