Set of Routines for off-season and general cross training for various sports

I noticed one routine for equestrians and I made me wonder whether there were other custom routines for cross training certain muscles and balance specific to other sports. Fit example a custom routine for Nordic skiing cross training focused on - lats, triceps, legs, core and unilateral balance / stability work. I'm sure many other sports have specific demands and could be designed in consultation with experts in each sport.
