flexible and simpler settings for custom exercises

Avoid automatic switch to an exercise variation during customization (maybe a pop up to let user choose it's better), allow to keep the original video tutorial if user doesn't have one
example:
I selected "deep squat", I just wanted to do them holding a weight plate.
> as soon as I selected the weighted option, the app switched automatically to "goblet cyclist squat" setting kettlebell and a slant board.
I tried to customize it "on the go" so it felt clumsy, I just wanted the standard tutorial plus weight setting. It took me several minutes to save it with ground and plates instead of kettelbell and slant board, ( still called "goblet cyclist squat").
Important: I don't know if is intended to function like that, but changing back the slant option to ground often made the exercises switch to standard version = no weight, I had to do back and forth many times to obtain what I needed.
And I lost the ability to have the video (I suppose it's because mine it's not the standard ground neither the slant one), but I would have liked to keep the body weight one just as a reference.
Moreover I don't think is really useful having the explicit use for ground in the variation title, I'm referring to: "standing/hands/body". I'd say that using just "standing" vs "ground" could be enough. (I underline, I'm referring only to title no other options or equipment details)

So there were two issues that we fixed in version 5.4: the deep squat was missing some links, and some of the logic for creating the custom exercise based on the original exercise parameters was slightly faulty, which led to the weird behavior you described.
About keeping the video: I'm afraid that if the custom exercise looks too much like the original one (with the same thumbnail and video), things could get confusing for some users. Moreover, if you create a custom exercise, you should already know how to perform it and you also have the possibility to add a link or your own video easily now.

Additionally, i would live to take the description Video with it per default. Just adding weight does not justify the video to drop out. Or just give the option to keep the video
