Francesco Giubbini Ferroni there are a few False grip exercises to develop that ability - type "false grip" in the exercise search to find the 5 exercises. Is that what you're looking for or is it something else?

Hi Louiss, I saw that there are 5 exercises using the “false grip”. What I was thinking about is a progression of exercises designed to develop enough strength to “unlock” the false grip itself. ( ex. Assisted bent-arm false grip, bent-arm false grip, false grip passive hang false grip etc, inverted raw with false grip)

Francesco Giubbini Ferroni I'm sorry but I'm not sure I undertand what you mean... All the exercises you listed are already in the library, as ways to develop your false grip strength. You can use all these exercises to get better at it:

Francesco Giubbini Ferroni do you mean as a workout plan? As in “do exercise XX first then when you reach ZZ reps or sec hold move to exercise YY” type of thing? Like structured and ordered by difficulty exercises until you “unlock” false grip?

Francesco Giubbini Ferroni well… one way that the app already provides is to find the easiest exercise of that progression, set your parameters for it (min-max reps or seconds to hold), then just practice the exercise and when you get “Mastery” the app will suggest to replace it with a harder variation/ next exercise in the progression. You simply accept and continue with your training. That’s how I would do it.
