Add "avoid tired muscles" to journey generation options

Would you have to regenerate the exercises to trigger this?
This is something I was coming to suggest (decided to read existing posts first, fortunately). I wasn't sure if it was already doing this or not, but it was bothering my a bit with how journey' worked in general.
Basically, accounting for muscle fatigue feels like something I'd kind of always want to be part of the process. I can see myself generating a new workout every time I go to do a session, which is fine, but a bit awkward, and not ideal if there's a couple exercises you did want to keep.
I don't know where the balance is to be had in letting people preserve their own specific workouts and letting your journey be your trainer, but the latter is what excites me, if every time I started a session the exercises were updated in consideration of my current progress and fatigue, rather than strictly being carried over from the previous workout.
I think this suggestion alongside the "lock exercise" option mentioned elsewhere, and maybe an option to always generate a new workout for your sessions and/or prompt you for revisions before starting, could be pretty great in combination.
