This mode should treat such movements as hybrid strength + mobility work, not passive flexibility drills. It should also influence recovery tracking, since these sessions create significant neuromuscular and connective-tissue fatigue.

reason: when stretching whilst actively tensing antagonists to maximum intensity, it takes a lot longer to recover than the current preset. i tried creating a custom exercise for it, but metrics still seem off. an easier option could be to adjust individual recovery time by asking "x days since last activity; are you still feeling muscle soreness?" while leaving the default recovery and changing it only when someone replies to that dialogue. this could track adaptation of the body to increasing loads and quicker recovery as well.
