when trying to set body weight in the macos app i found it somehow hard to change the numbers. i eventually figured it out and just used the scrolling motion, but before that i tried to use click and drag (standard interaction in ios simulators, when emulating a drag gesture) as well as arrow keys or typing the weight. it might be helpful to set a small macos only hint, that you can change it by simply scrolling
