Koe I think you have access to beta-versions, right? Please update to the current one (5.6.4) and this should be fixed again.

Koe Thanks for the screenshot. We've now re-encoded all the videos. The fix will be available in a few days.
In the meantime, it would be great if you could confirm that this works for you. Videos are synced locally on your device, so all videos that you've watched once in the past are still the old version. To try one of the re-encoded videos, go to the search page and uncheck "done" and "mastered", to only show new exercises. Then open some of those exercises in the list. If there is a big Play arrow that you need to click to download the video, then that means you're gonna get the newly encoded video. Can you please let me know if those new videos work for you?

Louis Deveseleer I've chosen an exercise as you advised, and as you said it needed to download the video first before attempting to play it. However I still get an error message. See screenshot

Koe Thanks again for the screenshot! I re-encoded the videos based on the error message. Can you please try again with new videos (play button - download) and let me know how it goes?

Koe We now updated the beta-version (5.6.5) and added the previously-existing fix, since the new one didn't work. All videos (synced or not) should work for you on that new version. Please let me know if there is any remaining issue. Thanks for your help!
