Reverse wrist extension and flexure exercise? /wrist flexion-extension swapped?

Hello, I was looking at exercises for wrist flexure and extension and only for strength exercises (flexibility seems consistent with the movement to me), I have the feeling that extension exercises make the flexure work and vice versa.
Hey there, I have the feelin g that wrist extension and wrist flexure are swapped only for strenght.

Hand-balancing exercises, where you push on the ground with your hands, place your writst into extension but work your wrist flexion muscles. Could that be where the confusion came from?
If not, then please give some examples of exercises that you feel are not properly characterized.

This is what I have when I look at wrist extension (top of the screen)
The type of exercise proposed by the app are the one at the bottom of the screen.
The weird stuff is if I look at the wrist push up and knee wrist push up only wrist flexion is mentionned.
And final edit=>yes, I was confused by the wrist position vs the target muscle.
My bad, I only start my journey.

Raphael Amanatian yes the same logic applies here: the wrist pushup exercises place the wrist into flexion (that's the flexibility part), and make you work your wrist extensors by reaction (that's the strength part). Does it make sense to you?

This is, now, super clear ! I was completly confused by position and targeted muscle. I had, wrongly, assumed that some switch have been done in some data base.
