Despite update I keep having issues with the videos

As others, before the last update I had issues with the videos because they "couldn't be played due to connection issues." I update, and it worked for a bit, but now it shows the error "could not open codec"...
Edit: funny thing: sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Doesn't seem to have any pattern

A. L. If you have the latest version (4.27.5), you will have a codec error for the first video you open, then you need to click on "Retry" and all videos should work properly for the remainder of your app session.
This week we worked on fixing this further by applying this solution automatically and that will be available in the next version (4.28), which should be coming out next week.
