Creating a new Exercise during a session doesn't make it show up in the previous list

(very minor issue)

Steps to reproduce:

During a session, go to "edit structure"
click "add exercise"
scroll through any list of exercises until "Create a Custom Exercise" appears (Example: the custom-exercise list)
click that link
create a new exercise (it should match your previous filters to see the issue.)
after the creation, you'll be redirected back to the previous list. The new exercise won't show up, if the current filters match

This could potential lead people to believe, that the exercise wasn't created and they'll create duplicates.

Thanks for the report!

We'll work on a fix to update the search results whenever a custom exercise/flow is updated or created. And for now, I'd suggest users to use the "Add to session in progress" button from the custom exercise/flow page.
